6 Months Old Food Menu for Baby Hans

Here is the collection for Baby Hans food journey. Momma starts with plain porridge (using Japanese Sumo rice) for Day 1 to Day 4, slowly introducing veges and fruits, following the 4-days-rule for each new menu 😋

Strictly:

❌ Sugar

❌ Salt

❌ MSG

✔️ Natural flavours

✔️ Real food for my baby

Momma also adds on Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) as baby’s still not fully developed digestive system is best tolerated with the fatty compound. Olive oil also helps protect the walls of the intestine and thus, reduce gastric acidity.


Day 5 to Day 8

Porridge + Brazilian Spinach + EVOO

Recipe – Cheesy Chicken Ball

Ingredients :

❤️ Chicken breast

🧡 Broccoli

💛 Carrot

💚 Garlic

💙 Onion

💜 Fennel powder

❤️ Cheddar cheese

🧡 Breadcrumb

Methods :

  1. Prepare ingredients
  2. Blend all ingredients except cheddar cheese and breadcrumb
  3. Make a ball of the minced ingredients and put tiny piece of cheddar cheese inside
  4. Roll the cheesy chicken ball on breadcrumb
  5. Deep fry
  6. Ready to serve! 🍘
