Motor skills development is the physical growth relates to strengthening the bones, muscles and ability to move and touch, which categorised to two types; gross motor and fine motor.
Gross motor skills usually refers to physical skills which involved muscles and large body movements on the entire body. This skill enables children to hold up their heads, shoulders, arms, legs, where they use to sit and crawl, and eventually play, walk, run, jump, etc.

On the other hand, fine motor skills is crucial in engaging smaller movements, normally involving hands, wrists, fingers, feet, toes, lips and tongue. Fine motor skills are different than gross motor skills which require less precision to accomplish.
